HEADJOINTS

Each one of our headjoints is a unique piece, handcrafted from the beginning to the end. We don’t use any pre-made parts or CNC machines, so every single piece is made entirely by hand. Silver and gold tubes are made from a metal sheet, which is rolled, soldered and shaped by hand. Our risers are also rolled and seamed. Every wooden headjoint is carved out from selected wood blocks using manual tools.

This allows for a high degree of customization, and opens the possibility to adapt every detail to the player’s needs, from the tonal characteristics, the feeling of the headjoint or the smallest aesthetical features.
